TapDance offers 30 days of free technical support with your purchase to assist with questions regarding installation, setup, and administration of your tests. You may also purchase an annual Technical Support agreement for $90, which entitles you to unlimited technical support for a twelve-month period.

Technical support is also available beyond the initial 30 day period for a one-time $50 per incident (not per call) fee.
