TapDance typing speed test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The typing speed test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The typing speed test packages may be customized so that all content within the typing speed test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance typing speed test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All typing speed tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each typing speed test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the typing speed test tasks. All reports in the typing speed module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
