TapDance test typing WPM test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The test typing WPM test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The test typing WPM test packages may be customized so that all content within the test typing WPM test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance test typing WPM test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All test typing WPM tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each test typing WPM test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the test typing WPM test tasks. All reports in the test typing WPM module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
