TapDance personality test package allows companies to test behavioral workstyle characteristics of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The personality test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of behavior relevant to a job. The personality test packages may be customized so that all content within the personality test packages are linked to competencies required for successful performance on the job.
The TapDance personality test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All personality tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each personality test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the personality test tasks. All reports in the personality test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
