TapDance grammar test package allows companies to test computer keyboard skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees. The grammar test packages are valid instruments that tests all aspects of keyboard skills. The grammar test packages may be customized so that all content within the grammar test packages are linked to actual work processed by the company.
The TapDance grammar test package was developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists. All grammar tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment. Each grammar test package is timed and results are checked for accuracy of data imput as well as the length time required to complete the grammar test tasks. All reports in the grammar test module may be saved or printed out for immediate review.
